TLDR, skip to last few paragraphs.
I've been in the same guild on this character since level 16.
The guild leader and all officers are indescribable. They're just morons. However, there were some cool people in the (large) guild so I stayed.
Around the time that I was level 65 I was gkicked after staying up for 36 hours (no, not all playing wow...I was about to go to bed at 4 AM and checked up on wow and heard about the Mojo bug). I had been rambling about people's moms in guild chat (simply saying 'ur mom' a lot) and got gkicked after some drama with the highest ranking officer. Lulz ensued later.
The guild has its own custom chat channel. Since chat info is wiped when the owner logs out, I could rejoin the channel every day after being banned from it the previous day. One morning recently I tricked someone who didn't know me into inviitng me into the guild. A lot of people (including the person who systematically banned me from chat every day) noticed my reentry but the officers and guild leader didn't. I couldn't resist the urge and started replying to people's sentences/questions with "ur mom" or "thats wat ur mum said last nite".
So tonight I was doing that as usual because I was bored defending in AB. The guild leader proceeded to get very angry saying "the females in the guild are offended by that, stop". I went on saying that they have no reason to be offended (lol. females on the intarweb?) because it wasn't THEM I was cracking jokes about; it was someone else's mom. And even then it was just me simply saying "ur mom".
He then goes on in gchat, of course in all caps, about how I'm evil demon scum and I should leave the guild if I want to be disrespectful. I said, "lay off the alcohol and read what I just wrote" and he said, "I'm not on the alcohol". I said, "thats what yur mom said last nite" and got a gkick....again.
Now I'm obviously going to reinsert myself into the guild somehow (heck I have two alts in it still) for more lulz but I wanted to know some General trolls' opinions. Should I have really been gkicked for my silly "ur mom" cracks? I kinda just wrote this to procrastinate putting myself to bed at 4 AM again, but looking for some input I gueess.
Also the guild leader was obviously not fit for the internet. You'd have to interact with him to know what I mean. He's just....that type of person.
